Jennings Estate Agents have two levels of service to suit your needs. We offer a Fully Managed Service, if you prefer not to be involved in the cumbersome day to day business of your property, as well as our Tenant Find Service.
Tenant Find
Our Tenant Find Service includes:
- Advertisement on On The Market, our webpage and social media.
- Enhanced photography and floor plans.
- Accompanied viewings.
- Affordability and rigorous documented referencing checks.
- Issuing all legally required start of the tenancy prescribed documentation.
The cost for our Tenant Find Service will be a month’s rent with a minimum fee of £500+VAT. We can offer an inventory for an additional cost, please ask for further details.
Managed Service
Our managed service provides you with complete peace of mind when dealing with your tenant. Our service includes the same as Tenant Find above, plus:
- Monthly rent collection and arrears chasing.
- House inspections.
- Regular contact, if required.
- Reliable local contractors for any maintenance, always with your prior agreement.
- Managed gas and electric requirements.
- Keep up to date with law and legislation.
- Detailed inventory.
The cost for our Fully Managed Service will be £350+VAT set up fee, then 10%+VAT per month.
