Photography is the art, application, and practice of creating durable images which are suitable to make sure we attract any potential buyers to view your property. We enhance all our pictures to make sure they look attractive and inviting. Unfortunately, in the United Kingdom sunny days are few and far between. Therefore, we can enhance our pictures for light, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, vibrance and saturation. We understand drone photography will not suite every property we market at Jennings Estate Agents. However, this feature does add something different to encourage potential buyers to view your property. Traditional photography may not encapsulate the true image we are trying to portray to our viewers.
For example, you might have an extensive garden, large property or open views to the front or rear. All these examples may not always look their best from a traditional camera image. You might have a large rear garden but the garden is cut into different sections, lawn, vegetable plot, pond etc. A traditional camera shot can only take one image at a time. This could be a potential problem because the garden may look smaller when viewing the property on-line. Therefore, we would make sure we capture your property with ground and areal pictures to enhance your property to show its full potential.
Floor plans are an essential part of marketing your property to potential buyers. The statistics show that two out of five people will not view a property if they cannot see a floor plan before they view. At Jennings Estate Agents we provide floor plans for every property. Floor plans will attract better informed buyers, to sell your property quicker.

What is an EPC?
An EPC (energy performing certificate) contains information on how efficient your property is and then will be graded from A to G. The EPC will give you typical energy costs and recommendations about how to reduce energy use to save you money.
