The benefit of our auction service is to entice potential buyers to bid against each other so we can achieve the best price for our clients. To attract the level of interest required we would set the starting price with an attractive lower asking price to encourage viewings and offers. The reserve price of the property can be agreed by the vendor before the property is marketed to make sure you require the right price within your timescales.

Clients can accept offers before the property is sent to a live auction. Once an offer is accepted the contracts are exchanged on the same day and completion takes place within 28 days.
